Please read this before continuing to the join form: this webring is ONLY meant for sites that offer either Photoshop brushes or Paintshop Pro brushes (for any version of either program). Do not waste my time by submitting a site that clearly isn't such a site and definitely do not even bother to submit just your emailaddress - your application will be DELETED immediately and you will NEVER be added to the webring. Anyone else who does own a website that offers brushes is of course entirely welcome to join :)
